The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering
G+1 to G+4 projects

Dubai Municipality regulations and approvals

Key Requirements:
Proven experience in managing
villa and mid-rise building projects
Dubai Municipality (DM) Certified Engineer - G+1 or G+4
Demonstrated ability to
manage several projects simultaneously
Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills
Experience working with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
In-depth knowledge of UAE construction standards, quality, and compliance
Arabic language preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Overall project planning, execution, and delivery from inception to handover
Managing multiple sites, teams, schedules, and budgets concurrently
Ensuring compliance with DM regulations, project specifications, and timelines
Coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
Monitoring progress, resolving site issues, and maintaining quality standards
