We are currently looking for an experienced

Construction Project Manager

to lead and oversee our high-rise building projects from start to finish.

The

Project Manager

will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and handover of the construction project. This includes leading site teams, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, managing resources, and ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall site execution and manage multidisciplinary project teams (structural, architectural, MEP). Ensure project execution complies with contract conditions (e.g., FIDIC 1987/1992), client requirements, and authority regulations (Nakheel, Trakhees, DCD, DM). Develop and control the Master Construction Program in collaboration with Planning Engineers. Review and approve project baseline schedules, cash flows, procurement logs, and subcontractor schedules. Ensure timely submission and follow-up of submittals (shop drawings, method statements, ITPs, procurement, and NOCs). Review and validate subcontractor scopes, interim payments, variation claims, and EOTs in coordination with QS and Planning departments. Conduct weekly/bi-weekly progress meetings with consultants and clients; prepare and present progress reports. Coordinate and monitor site HSE compliance with local standards and company policy. Proactively manage risks, delays, and obstructions, implementing mitigation strategies. Liaise with consultants, clients, suppliers, and authorities to resolve technical and commercial issues.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master's degree is a plus). Minimum

20+ years

of experience in the UAE, at least

10 years as Project Manager

on high-rise buildings (G+18+ floors). Proven track record managing

main contractor

teams on high-rise residential/mixed-use towers. Strong knowledge of

FIDIC contracts

, project budgeting, scheduling, and authority submissions (Trakhees, Nakheel, JOP, DCD). Advanced understanding of construction methodologies, engineering drawings, material specifications, and cost control. Experience in leading construction from

mobilization to handover

. Proficiency in

Primavera P6

, AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication and leadership skills. PMP certification or similar is an advantage. Arabic speaker is a plus.
