?Position: Civil Project Manager (2 Positions Available)

About the Role:
We are seeking two highly experienced and results-driven Civil Project Managers to lead and oversee major construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidates will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Lead on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage the project budget, track expenses, and minimize project cost overruns.
• Ensure strict compliance with all Dubai Municipality regulations, health and safety standards, and other legal requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, architects, consultants, and authorities, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role within the UAE.
• Industry Background: Prior experience working for a contracting company is mandatory.
• Licenses: Must hold a valid Dubai Municipality-approved Engineer Card (SOE Card) and a UAE Driving License.
• A valid Dubai Municipality contracting license is highly preferred.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
