Civil Project Manager - Full Project Lifecycle
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all civil construction activities on-site
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet specifications
- Uphold quality, safety, and HSE standards at all times
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities
- Prepare detailed progress updates for Senior Management
- Lead site teams effectively and handle resource planning
- 15+ years of experience in civil construction project management
- Demonstrated expertise with villas and high-rise developments
- Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and approvals
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
- Bachelor's in civil engineering (master's preferred)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
