Have thorough knowledge of site execution for both villas & buildings.
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality requirements.
Oversees projects as they are being carried out to make sure that the work is done according to outlined specifications, and that they also conform with project timetable.
Bachelor (Civil/Structural) Engineering degree from a recognized University.
Experience: 8-12 Years experience in UAE.
