Civil Project Manager
Job Description
Looking for an Experienced Civil Project Management Professional : Experienced in management of single and multiple site projects from start to handover Manage client and consultant relationships as well as as major subcontractors Manage a team of site engineers, MEP engineers etc Excellent schedule planning and cost management history Ability to produce reports and contractual documentation such as EOTs, Variations etc Familiarity / use of Primavera and other appropriate tools Excellent written and spoken English - Arabic and or Hindi/ Urdu an advantage but not must Minimum of Bachelors in Civil Engineering Minimum of 5 years ACTUAL Project Manager Role experience and probably 10+ years experience in total
Role will be based on Projects in Oman city will depend on project.
