Job Description

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a structural related field in a similar function for at least 5 years

Skills:

Experienced with Strong knowledge of local construction regulations and authority approvals. Leading and overseeing the execution of civil construction projects in Dubai who will be responsible for the full project lifecycle from planning and resources allocation to execution, cost control, and final delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects across Dubai and the UAE. Manage multidisciplinary approvals, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, Civil Defence, etc.). Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, risk assessments, and resource allocations. Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. Oversee QA/QC processes, HSE compliance, and technical specifications. Conduct regular progress meetings with clients, consultants, and related stakeholders. Resolve site and contractual issues, minimizing disruptions and delays. Monitor project performance through KPIs and generate detailed progress reports. Manage contractual documentation (FIDIC-based or equivalent) and variation orders. Ensure timely submission of invoices, payment follow-ups, and project close-out documents.
