Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities related to landscaping, irrigation, hardscape, and softscape works.
Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure correct execution on site.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure work progress aligns with the project schedule.
Prepare and monitor project progress reports, work schedules, and material requirements.
Ensure all civil and landscape works are executed in line with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Supervise the installation of irrigation networks, planting works, paving, kerbstone, and other external works.
Inspect site works regularly to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with approved drawings.
Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials and subcontractor resources.
Prepare as-built drawings and support project close-out documentation.
Assist in technical submittals, RFIs, and variation claim preparation when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience in civil and landscape construction projects in the UAE or GCC.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
