Responsibilities:

Ensure works align with drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Manage waterproofing projects for quality, time, and cost efficiency within the budget. Plan and engineer waterproofing projects, overseeing subcontractor works. Foster strong relationships with contractors, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors for project success. Lead and manage the team, ensuring technical coordination and resolving site discrepancies. Negotiate roles, set targets, and monitor workforce productivity on-site. Handle budget, costs, commercial issues, health & safety regulations, and equipment installations. Ensure timely availability and inspection of materials, providing purchase requirements. Adhere to 100% safety regulations and maintain project-related reports and documentation. Manage site meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and maintain progress reports. Document site activities, including work diaries, material records, and invoices for accounts.

Qualifications/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Dubai Municipality registration is a must

Minimum of 8 years of experience

, with at least

5 years supervising and managing industrial projects (Factories, Warehouses, Central Kitchens etc).

In-depth knowledge of compliance and legislative requirements for JAFZA, DIP, DIC.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
