Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
15-20 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a similar role or level of responsibility.
Preference will be given to candidates holding a degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Logistics Management.
In-depth knowledge of construction equipment, materials, and supplies, with the ability to identify and evaluate qualified suppliers and vendors.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and ERP systems.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including proven negotiation capabilities.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and lead teams.
