We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Civil Procurement Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have3-4 years of relevant experience in procurement within the UAE construction sector.
This role involves sourcing materials, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of construction materials as per project requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Handle procurement of civil and construction materials as per project specifications. Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate prices, and prepare purchase orders. Coordinate with project and site teams to understand material requirements. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery timelines. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and local regulations. Develop and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships. Monitor market trends and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
or related field.3-4 years of experience in procurement within the UAE construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and suppliers in the UAE. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and procurement softwareJob Type: Full-time
