Repair cracks, holes, and other surface imperfections before painting.
Ensure proper safety measures are followed at all times.
Select and purchase appropriate paint or finish for the job.
Read blueprints and drawings to calculate surface areas and required materials.
Erect and dismantle scaffolding or ladders as needed to access work areas.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Ensure all work is completed to company standards and project specifications.
