Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a mason in civil construction
Ability to read construction plans and blueprints
Familiarity with modern and traditional masonry techniques
Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials
Attention to detail and precision
Certification in masonry or construction (preferred but not mandatory)
