Civil Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day civil maintenance works including plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs.
Allocate tasks to technicians and ensure timely completion of maintenance requests.
Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Prepare and maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repair and maintenance works.
Ensure optimal use of materials, tools, and manpower to reduce downtime and costs.
Train and guide maintenance staff to improve work quality and efficiency.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues.

Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/ ITI.
Minimum 2 years of experience in civil maintenance or facility management, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of civil works, building materials, and maintenance procedures.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read drawings, plans, and technical manuals.
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards.
With UAE driving license preferred
