is an ISO 9001:2015 certified interior fit-out company operating in the UAE since 2015. We are currently expanding our approvals team and are seeking aCivil / Liaison Engineer
withstrong UAE authority approval experience
.This role is strictly focused on
authority coordination, submissions, and approvals
for interior fit-out projects across Dubai.Key Responsibilities
Preparation and submission of drawings to UAE authorities Handling authority approvals with
Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), DDA, TECOM & Trakhees
Coordinating with authorities for comments, clarifications, and final approvals Managing resubmissions and ensuring timely approval closure Ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, codes, and approval standardsMandatory Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Proven UAE authority approval experience is mandatory
Strong hands-on knowledge ofDM, DCD, DDA, TECOM & Trakhees
Ect.. proceduresValid SOA Card
G+1 License (mandatory)
Ability to join immediatelyCandidates without direct authority approvals and drawing submission experience are kindly requested not to apply.
