?I?Key Responsibilities

:

(1) Construction Supervision

l Oversee and manage civil construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

l Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

(2) Quality Assurance

l Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure the quality of construction work meets the required standards.

l Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in construction processes and materials.

(3) Documentation and Reporting:

l Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection results.

l Prepare and submit detailed reports on project status,

l including any delays or issues encountered.

(4) Compliance and Safety

:

l Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant safety regulations and standards.

l Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.

(5) Communication and Coordination

:

l Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.

l Facilitate effective communication between the project team and other departments to address any issues or changes in project scope.

?6?Technical Support:

l Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team as needed.

l Assist in resolving any technical challenges that may arise during the construction process.

(II) Qualifications:

l Diploma in Civil Engineering.

l Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in related activities.

l Prior approval from ADNOC is required.

l Strong proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and communication skills.

(III) Skills and Competencies:

l In-depth knowledge of civil construction processes and best practices.

l Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

l Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

l Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

l Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
