Job Title:
Civil Job PerformerKey Responsibilities:
Execute and oversee civil construction activities as per project requirements and safety guidelines. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with ADNOC HSE regulations and permit-to-work systems. Conduct site assessments, risk analysis, and prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Method Statements. Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors for timely completion of work. Monitor work progress and report to Site/Project Manager. Ensure proper documentation, site permits, and work approvals before commencement. Assist in conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings at site. Maintain quality and safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
Bachelor's / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
ADNOC Approved Job Performer Certificate - Mandatory
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in UAE (Oil & Gas projects preferred). Strong knowledge of PTW (Permit to Work) systems. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work procedures. Immediate joiners preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
