. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing site activities in compliance with ADNOC HSE and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform civil construction and maintenance works in oil & gas or infrastructure projects.
Ensure safe execution of tasks as per ADNOC's permit-to-work (PTW) system.
Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and job procedures.
Coordinate with site engineers, HSE officers, and supervisors for daily job activities.
Identify potential hazards and implement risk mitigation measures on-site.
Ensure work is completed as per project quality standards and timelines.
Attend toolbox talks, safety meetings, and ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE requirements.
Report daily work progress to the site engineer or construction manager.

Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in oil & gas construction or maintenance
Strong understanding of civil work procedures in ADNOC-controlled areas
Familiar with site safety practices and permit systems
Ability to read civil drawings and technical documents
Good communication and team coordination skills
