We are seeking a motivated and reliable Civil Job Performer to support site-based civil works in our Fujairah project. This role is suited for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to develop their skills in a hands-on construction environment. The successful candidate will assist in the execution of various civil activities while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in executing civil tasks such as excavation, concreting, formwork, rebar placement, masonry, and backfilling under the guidance of the site team.
Adhere to safety regulations, permit-to-work systems, and site-specific work procedures at all times.
Prepare and organize tools, materials, and equipment necessary for daily tasks.
Maintain housekeeping and safe working conditions across the work area.
Accurately report progress, issues, or delays to the assigned supervisor or engineer.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless site coordination.
Ensure all work aligns with project drawings, specifications, and company quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field (preferred).
0-2 years of relevant site or civil work experience.
Basic understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and site protocols.
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and challenging site conditions.
Strong willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors.
Desirable Skills:
Exposure to infrastructure, industrial, or oil & gas projects is a plus.
Familiarity with reading and understanding basic technical drawings.
Valid safety certifications (e.g., Work at Height, H2S, Confined Space) are advantageous.
