Conduct site inspections as per the Inspection Schedule and WIRs issued by the Contractor.
Inspect, sample, and test materials to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
Review and comment on the contractor's method statement for work execution.
Attend technical coordination meetings to discuss submissions, shop drawings, and material submittals.
Perform final inspections for certification of completion and handover of works.
Verify work done by contractors to ensure it aligns with Contract Documents and accepted practices.
Identify and report safety concerns to the contractor(s).
Ensure availability of statutory authority NOC's / permits / design approvals on site for construction.
Supervise and verify the installation of civil / infra works during regular site visits.
Review corrective actions proposed by the contractor and follow up on close-out procedures.
Application Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years as an Inspector in UAE, with supervision of sewerage networks and network rehabilitation projects. Consultancy experience is favourable.
Education: Graduation/Diploma in a relevant discipline.
Language: English proficiency is mandatory
