Civil Inspector (site)
Job Description
Future Art Engineering Consultancy is looking for SITE CIVIL INSPECTOR.
Applicants must be:
Minimum of 5 years' UAE experience at site
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Inspect and monitor civil construction works.
Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, codes, and standards.
Prepare daily inspection reports, checklists, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
Verify the quality of materials and workmanship at various stages of the project.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, site engineers, and project managers.
Witness material testing and ensure proper sampling and documentation.
Review and approve inspection requests (IRs) and method statements.
Monitor construction progress and report any delays or issues.
