WALK-IN INTERVIEW
Sunday (21/09/2025) 09:00am till 12:00pm Civil Foreman (Swimming Pool with Construction Experience)
Job Summary:
The Civil Foreman will specialize in supervising and executing all civil aspects of swimming pool construction and associated landscape works. They will lead the work crew on site, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct all on-site activities for swimming pool construction (excavation, steel fixing, shuttering, concrete pouring, waterproofing, tiling, coping).
• Read and interpret pool layout and structural drawings.
• Manage a team of workers and subcontractors, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and according to technical specifications.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols on site.
• Monitor material usage and report any shortages or defects.
• Coordinate with the Project Engineer for daily instructions and progress reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Civil Foreman, with a proven track record in swimming pool construction.
• In-depth knowledge of swimming pool construction techniques, materials, and waterproofing systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and lead a team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
