Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of crews on HDD and civil utility projects.
Interpret construction drawings, site plans, and utility maps.
Oversee the setup and operation of HDD equipment and support tools.
Ensure correct alignment, depth, and accuracy of drill paths and bore shots.
Coordinate traffic control, site safety, and permitting compliance.
Monitor productivity and ensure work meets quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Communicate daily with Project Managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
Keep accurate records of labor, materials, equipment, and job progress.
Lead by example to maintain a safe and organized job site.
