We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive

Civil Foreman

to join our team for immediate deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage labor teams efficiently on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and manpower allocation. Ensure construction work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Communicate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage to avoid wastage. Inspect completed work for quality and compliance. Report daily progress and issues to the site engineer or project manager. Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Civil Foreman in UAE construction projects. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site layouts. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team of workers. Immediate availability is preferred.
