Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed efficiently and to high standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and a strong ability to lead a team effectively.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, laborers, and materials Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets specifications Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary Oversee budgeting and cost control for projects Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards Utilize software such as HeavyBid, Prolog, and Primavera for project management Train, mentor, and lead construction teams
Requirements
Proven experience as a Supervisor in the construction industry Strong knowledge of project scheduling and management Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications Excellent communication and leadership skills Familiarity with quality control processes Proficiency in using construction management software Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
