Job Description
Site Supervision & Execution:
Oversee all on-site civil construction activities, including earthworks, concrete works, blockwork, plastering, formwork, rebar, and finishing. Supervise and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and equipment. Ensure that work is performed in accordance with
approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
.Team & Labor Management:
Allocate tasks to supervisors and skilled/unskilled labor. Monitor workforce performance and ensure productivity and discipline on-site. Provide training and guidance to junior site staff as needed.
Progress Monitoring:
Track daily work progress and report any delays or issues to the Project Engineer or Site Manager. Ensure project milestones are achieved as per schedule. Maintain daily site records, manpower reports, and progress logs.
Health, Safety & Quality:
Ensure adherence to
HSE policies and safety regulations
on-site. Enforce the use of PPE and safe working procedures at all times. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.Coordination & Communication:
Liaise with engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and the procurement team to resolve technical and operational issues. Attend site coordination meetings and provide updates on work progress and challenges.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
