Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
Monitor labor productivity and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
Coordinate with engineers and other site staff for smooth workflow.
Prepare daily progress reports and update management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in building projects (UAE experience MUST).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with safety procedures and site documentation.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
