Job Title:

Civil Foreman - Fit-Out

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman - Fit-Out to supervise and coordinate interior fit-out works at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all civil and finishing activities are executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day civil fit-out activities including blockwork, plastering, screeding, tiling, false ceiling, gypsum works, painting, and finishing works. Read and interpret approved shop drawings and coordinate execution accordingly. Allocate work to skilled and unskilled labor and monitor productivity. Ensure works are completed as per quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, MEP teams, and subcontractors. Ensure proper use and availability of materials, tools, and equipment at site. Identify and report site issues, delays, and material requirements to the Site Engineer/Project Manager. Maintain daily work reports and site records. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements at all times. Assist in site measurements and quantity checks when required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or relevant trade. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in civil fit-out works (commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects). Strong knowledge of interior finishing works and construction practices. Ability to manage manpower and meet tight deadlines. Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications. Basic knowledge of safety procedures and site discipline. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in UAE/GCC fit-out projects. Familiarity with site quality control procedures. Basic knowledge of materials used in interior fit-out works.
