Job Overview:
We are hiring on behalf of a reputed client in Dubai for the position of Civil Foreman. This is a permanent role for candidates with proven experience in civil construction projects, especially high-rise buildings and villa projects. The ideal candidate will be a strong site leader who can manage daily activities, ensure quality and safety compliance, and support timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and allocate manpower effectively
Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor and enforce HSE / safety regulations on site
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workforce
Prepare daily progress reports, manpower records, and site documentation
Identify and resolve technical/site issues promptly
Support planning and execution to ensure timely project completion
Requirements:
Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent
4-6 years of civil construction experience (GCC experience preferred)
Strong experience in high-rise building and villa projects
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Good knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards
