About the Role

We are hiring an experienced

Civil Foreman

for a

bridge maintenance project in Abu Dhabi

. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in

bridge maintenance works

, with at least

6 years of relevant experience

in the UAE or GCC. The role requires strong site supervision skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage daily site operations efficiently.

Supervise and lead site teams in carrying out bridge maintenance and repair works. Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and safety standards. Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and subcontractors for timely completion of tasks. Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with quality and project requirements. Plan and allocate resources (labor, equipment, materials) effectively for daily operations. Maintain site records, daily reports, and labor attendance sheets. Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety procedures at all times. Identify site issues and report to the engineer/project manager for timely resolution. Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools and equipment on site.

What do we need from you

Minimum

6 years of UAE or GCC experience

in

bridge maintenance or civil infrastructure projects

. Proven track record as a

Civil Foreman

handling bridge works or structural repairs.

Valid UAE Driving License

is required.
