- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to understand project requirements, plans, and timelines.
- Organize and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and specifications.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of skilled workers, including carpenters, installers, and finishers.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective work execution.
- Oversee the construction, assembly, and installation of joinery products, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues or discrepancies as they arise.
- Conduct regular quality checks on completed work to ensure that joinery products are installed accurately and meet high-quality standards.
- Implement corrective actions for any deviations from design specifications.
- Enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for the construction and installation teams.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all workers are following safety guidelines.
