An Interior Fit-Out company based in Dubai Investments Park is looking for Civil Foreman with experience in Shop-Fitting : * Assist the Project Managers in conducting preliminary site visits to inspect the location, take measurements and propose the most appropriate solutions. * Clear understanding of shop drawings for flooring, Ceiling and Partitioning * Produce Material List and assist the Project Manager in sourcing the material in accordance with the project's specifications and in coordination with the Procurement Manager. * Set up the projects planning and meet completion deadlines. * Responsible of site installation, including sub-contractors, to ensure strict conformity with the contract, specifications, drawing, BOQ and best Finishing Quality. * Ensure strict compliance with local technical norms and regulations as well as the applicable Health, Safety and Environmental Standards. * Daily reporting on the work progress with recommendation of the corrective actions as the case may be. * Monitor the project's cost against the set budget and report on variations. * Recruitment of skilled workers and training. Profile: * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience * Outstanding skills of project supervision * Highly organized, detail oriented, deadline driven and multi-project handling * Quality and time focused * Energetic, Flexible and Proactive * Excellent English, verbal and written Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Application Question(s):
