Civil Finishing Supervisor

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all civil finishing activities on site Ensure works such as plastering, tiling, painting, flooring, ceilings, and joinery are executed as per drawings and specifications Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project standards Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure materials are used efficiently and work schedules are followed Identify and resolve site issues related to finishing works Ensure compliance with safety and site regulations
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Minimum 3- 5 years of experience as a Civil Finishing Supervisor Strong knowledge of finishing materials and construction methods Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Good leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and tasks
