Minimum 4 years of UAE experience specifically in Interior Fit-out.
Key Responsibilities
Tendering & Estimation:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and technical tenders for interior fit-out projects.
Material Take-off:
Perform accurate measurements and take-offs from architectural and ID drawings.
Vendor Management:
Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors; perform competitive price analysis.
Cost Analysis:
Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
Coordination:
Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure project specifications and budgets are met.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all estimates and provide regular updates to management during the bidding phase.
Requirements & Qualifications
Gender:
Female (as per client requirement).
Education:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years
in the
UAE Interior Fit-out
industry is mandatory.
Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Advanced Excel), and estimation software. Strong understanding of joinery, MEP, and high-end finishes.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of UAE market rates and local authority regulations.
