Job Description

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring that villa construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

ey Responsibilities:



Supervise and manage site activities for villa construction projects. Monitor workforce performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers for smooth workflow. Review drawings and plans to ensure correct execution at the site. Report daily progress and challenges to the Project Manager. Ensure materials and resources are used efficiently and without wastage. Resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Requirements:



1-2 years of relevant experience in the UAE (villa projects ). Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage teams and handle multiple site tasks effectively. Open to all nationalities (Male).
