The candidate will be responsible for preparing MEP drawings, conducting technical studies, and handling authority submissions for fit-out projects and overseeing, coordinating all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on-site to ensure that all systems are installed, tested, and commissioned according to design specifications, standards, and project schedules.
The role requires strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as experience in coordinating with design teams, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review MEP drawings for fit-out projects
- Conduct MEP studies and provide technical solutions
- Manage authority submissions and secure necessary approvals
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth execution
-Supervise and manage MEP installation works (HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Drainage, etc.).
-Coordinate with civil, architectural, and finishing teams to resolve site clashes and ensure smooth workflow.
-Monitor daily work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
-Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safety compliance on-sit
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Minimum [2-3] years of experience in fit-out MEP works in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of local authority requirements and submission procedures
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software
Preferring candidates who can join immediate.
Preferring candidates who have experience in drafting and designing HVAC, drainage, electrical and plumping and other related works.
