Are you a driven Civil Engineer with a passion for sales and a strong desire to contribute to impactful projects? We invite you to join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive and translate your technical expertise into impactful business success. Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Leverage your 2+ years of UAE experience and market knowledge to identify and qualify high-value leads within your assigned territory.
Proposal Development & Negotiation: Craft compelling proposals that effectively communicate the technical superiority and cost-effectiveness of your offerings. Secure contracts through persuasive negotiation strategies, exceeding assigned sales targets and contributing to the company\'s growth.
Project Collaboration & Field Engagement: Utilize your technical knowledge and UAE driving license to conduct site visits, collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (engineering, operations), and ensure project feasibility and client satisfaction.
Market Intelligence & Continuous Learning: Remain at the forefront of the UAE construction landscape by actively participating in industry events, fostering strategic partnerships, and continuously expanding your knowledge base.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in the UAE construction industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving success.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
In-depth understanding of the UAE construction market and its key players.
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
Self-motivated, organized, and a team player with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Experience with construction estimating software a plus.
Valid UAE driving license required.
