We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Civil Engineering Manager to lead our road construction projects.
The Role
We're looking for a Civil Engineering Manager to take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and management of our road construction projects in Dubai. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that every project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
As the leader of our road projects, you will:

• Manage Projects: Lead all aspects of a project from start to finish. You'll develop schedules, manage budgets, and oversee the creation of all detailed construction plans and specifications.
• Provide Technical Leadership: Guide your project team and supervise the work of subcontractors and site personnel. You will ensure all construction activities meet approved plans and conduct regular on-site inspections and quality checks.
• Apply Road Construction Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of road materials, techniques, and equipment. You'll manage pavement design, drainage system installation, and traffic management, ensuring all work complies with local authorities like the RTA.
• Communicate & Collaborate: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors. You'll effectively communicate with all stakeholders in both Arabic and English, providing clear project reports and updates.

Your Profile

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a preference for a specialization in road construction.
• 8-10 years of proven experience managing road construction projects in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of road construction materials, techniques, and local regulations.
• Proficiency with project management and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• You must hold a valid UAE Driving License and a valid UAE Society of Engineers membership.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is a mandatory requirement.
