Job Description

Project Oversight

Manage daily construction activities, ensuring they align with project plans and specifications.

Project Execution:

Oversee the

full fit-out process

from demolition to final finishing, ensuring high-quality work.

Coordination

Liaise with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other team members, and supervise construction crews.

Quality & Safety

Monitor adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards, ensuring the project is built to design specifications.

Budget & Schedule Management

Oversee project budgets and resources, and manage the project to complete within time constraints.

Problem-Solving

Address technical issues and resolve on-site problems and delays.

Documentation

Prepare and submit progress reports, file documents with local jurisdictions, and maintain construction project documentation.

Technical Review

Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications, and provide technical support.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

CIVIL ENGINEER: 4 years (Preferred) FIT-OUT: 4 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

DUBAI MUNICIPALITY CERTIFICATE (Preferred) SOCIETY OF ENGINEER (SOE) MEMBER (Preferred) DUBAI DRIVING LICENSE (Preferred)
Location:

* Dubai (Preferred)
