seeking a qualified
Civil Engineer
to join our team for
site supervision
of ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out full-time site supervision in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Monitor construction progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with project standards
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other discipline engineers
Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
Ensure implementation of HSE requirements on site
Prepare site reports, inspection requests, and progress updates
Identify and report any non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum
3 years
of experience in
site supervision within a consultancy firm
Strong knowledge of construction standards, local authority regulations, and QA/QC procedures
Experience in buildings/projects supervision (residential, commercial, healthcare preferred)
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Revit preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently on site
UAE experience is mandatory
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
