Job Overview:
We are seeking a Civil Engineer with relevant experience in villa construction projects within the UAE. The selected candidate will be responsible for site execution, supervision, and coordination to ensure projects are completed in line with approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction activities for villa projects
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams
Monitor project progress, workmanship quality, and site safety compliance
Prepare daily site reports, material requisitions, and work schedules
Assist in resolving site-related technical and execution issues
Support timely project completion and handover
Requirements:
5-6 years of UAE experience in villa construction
B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Good understanding of villa construction methods, materials, and finishing works
Ability to manage site activities with minimal supervision
Good communication and coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
