We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented
Civil Engineer
with hands-on experience invilla construction
. You will be responsible for managing the structural planning, site execution, and coordination of all civil works for luxury and custom-built villa project.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and supervise the construction of villa structures Prepare structural drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates Conduct soil tests and ensure proper foundation design Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, subcontractors, and site workers Manage timelines, quality checks, and site documentation Ensure villas meet local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards Troubleshoot any on-site issues and propose cost-effective solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 2-5 years of experience in villa or residential construction Strong knowledge of RCC structure, finishing works, and waterproofing solutions Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Project or similar tools Strong understanding of UAE construction codes and villa design standards Excellent communication and project management skills
