Job Description
We are currently seeking a
Civil Engineer
with experience inTendering and Contracts
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical engineering and expertise in tender preparation and cost estimation.Responsibilities:
Review tender documents, prepare and verify orders, and ensure compliance with specifications and BOQs. Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to adjust cost estimates and technical submissions. Collect historical data for accurate cost estimation of projects. Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of materials, labor, and services for ongoing and future projects. Monitor and manage the entire tendering process from submission to award. Implement and maintain cost monitoring and reporting systems. Review material and labor requirements to determine project feasibility. Provide technical reports, recommendations, and advice to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum
5 to 10 years
of relevant experience in tendering, contracts, and cost estimation. Strong analytical and communication skills. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in relevant software and tendering tools.Salary:
Compensation will be
based on experience and individual performance

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
