With a commitment to delivering quality work on time and within budget, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee site execution and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards. Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow. Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and provide updates to senior management. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and resolve technical issues promptly. Manage materials, resources, and manpower to achieve project milestones efficiently. Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and progress reports. Ensure adherence to government regulations, safety guidelines, and environmental protocols. Support tendering, bidding, and estimation processes as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred but not required). 3-7 years of proven experience in construction or contracting firms. Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural analysis, and materials. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and relevant civil engineering software. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Valid [Dubai Municipality] engineering license or registration is a plus. Valid Driving licence to visit the projects ( Preferable )
