Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
Analyze project drawings and specifications to prepare quantity take-offs.
Assist in contract administration, variations, and claims.
Track project budgets, monitor costs, and prepare progress reports.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project managers.
Ensure compliance with local construction laws and regulations.
Support in procurement processes and material approvals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software (e.g., Candy, CostX)
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Immediate availability to join is required
