Prepare, review, and evaluate BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
Conduct site measurements, verify quantities, and prepare interim payment certificates.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparisons.
Support project management team with contractual and commercial issues.
Monitor project costs, variations, and prepare claims when required.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to validate progress and materials used.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
3-5 years' experience in quantity surveying and civil engineering works.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
UPDA/MMUP certification is an advantage.
