Job Description
Job Responsibilities
-Source quality construction materials from trusted suppliers.
-Negotiate prices and contracts to get the best value.
-Review technical specs to make sure materials match project needs.
-Prepare and manage tenders for subcontractors and vendors.
-Coordinate with site and design teams to ensure timely delivery.
-Track budgets and control costs during procurement.
-Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
-Solve supply chain or delivery issues quickly.
-Maintain records and generate reports for management.
-Support contract management and supplier performance evaluation.
Requirements -A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering --Dubai Municipality Certified -The degree attested by: -Home country's Ministry of Education -UAE Embassy in your country -Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in the UAE
