About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Civil Site Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

finishing works and fit-out projects

, along with a solid background in construction site supervision and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site activities and ensure project execution as per design, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor project schedules and progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Perform quality checks on finishing and fit-out works. Prepare daily/weekly reports on project status.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum

2 years of experience

in construction, with strong expertise in

finishing projects and fit-outs

. Valid

Driving License

(mandatory).

Arabic language proficiency

preferred. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
