PES ENGINEERING was born from the Engineering Division of PES, founded in 1979, and currently has over 200 permanent engineering staff, boasting significant experience in the Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable Energy, Chemical, Petrochemical, and Automotive sectors.
PES ENGINEERING provides technical and engineering services (Civil, Rotating Machinery, Static Equipment, Process, HSE Design, Electro-instrumental, Layout & Piping), offering over 200,000 engineering hours per year to all major Oil & Gas Companies, EPC Contractors, Industrial Manufacturers, etc.
Currently, PES ENGINEERING has 8 offices in Italy: HQ in Rosignano Solvay (LI), Livorno, San Donato Milanese, Florence, Rome, Bari, Vibo Marina (VV), and Gela.
Abroad, PES ENGINEERING is present in three countries (UK, Romania, UAE). In addition, a series of strategic partnerships, signed on virtually every continent, support the company in carrying out multidisciplinary engineering, service, service management, inspection & expediting, and recruitment & hiring of local personnel.

• Design & Planning: Create detailed drawings (2D/3D) and models for structures, roads, underground networks, and facilities, meeting stringent industry standards.
• Site Development: Manage site layout, soil testing, foundation design, and logistical planning for remote locations.
• Construction Oversight: Supervise civil works, manage budgets, ensure quality control, and resolve technical issues during build-out.
• Compliance: Verify adherence to local/federal regulations, safety protocols (HSE), and environmental standards.
• Coordination: Work with geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, and project teams to integrate systems.
• Problem Solving: Address unique challenges like remote logistics, harsh conditions (offshore/onshore), and project optimization.

• Strong technical knowledge in structural, geotechnical, and construction engineering.
• Proficiency with design software and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Adaptability for working in challenging field conditions.
