We are seeking a talented and experienced

Civil Engineer

to join our team in Abu Dhabi, focusing specifically on

landscape-related projects

. The ideal candidate will possess a strong civil engineering background with

at least 2-3 years of direct experience in landscape construction

. You will be responsible for planning, design, and execution oversight of the civil engineering aspects of our landscape projects, ensuring functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic integration.

Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and develop civil engineering solutions for landscape projects, including grading, drainage, irrigation systems, hardscape elements (paving, walls, etc.), and site infrastructure.

Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.

Ensure designs comply with relevant local regulations, codes, and standards.

Collaborate closely with landscape architects, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data and monitor construction progress.

Oversee the civil engineering aspects of construction, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Manage and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the design or construction phases.

Prepare progress reports and other relevant documentation.

Contribute to value engineering and cost optimization efforts.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in landscape engineering.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Civil Engineer specifically within the landscape construction.

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and their application to landscape projects.

Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D (or similar).

Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Abu Dhabi (or the UAE).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Experience in managing contractors and site supervision is an advantage.
